TECNOVAP boilers are made exclusively using stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316 shells joined by special TIG "Tungsten Inert Gas" welds, performed by specialized technicians.
Thus a single body is born without sealing gaskets.
THE HEATING ELEMENT
has been designed to develop and transfer maximum power in a small space.
This technical solution has made it possible to produce boilers for steam generation, with a high volume content. The advantages are a smaller amount of water in the boiler, less space and therefore less heat dissipation with an improvement in energy efficiency.
The metal alloy with which the resistance is built reduces the corrosion process of the boiler and the formation of stray currents (electrolysis).
TRUE TEMP TECHNOLOGY
The level control system is a fundamental detail for the correct operation of a device equipped with a boiler with an automatic water top-up system.
The system that Tecnovap has patented and therefore first installed on board its appliances, is one of the most reliable in the world.

WATER TANKS AND INTERNAL DETERGENT
Tecnovap equips its steam generators for industrial and professional use with tanks placed inside, custom made for each model, with very high quality and heat resistant materials.
The shape and position of the same has been designed to absorb the internal heat produced by the generator and transfer it to the liquid present in the tanks, helping to improve energy efficiency.
